Returns and Refunds Policy
All custom earmold purchases have a 30 day warranty from the manufacturer. Please schedule an appointment to come into our clinic for an additional earmold to be created and sent to the manufacturer. Please note that a new set of earmolds may take 4-6 weeks to receive. Once 30 days has passed, there is no warranty on our custom products.
Stock items may be returned in their original condition and box within 30 days of shipping to our office for a full refund. Please contact our main office for return instructions.
